Did You Know?
It's true! It's official! Earlier
this summer, One Two Six Design went through a change of ownership due
to the merger with Duo Forte Interior. The name One Two Six Design
remains unchanged since it is well known and beloved by many top real
estate agents in the area. The merger went extremely smooth, Ann Galli
(founder of One Two Six Design) is still here with us as consultant,
and the entire original team of dedicated designers and installers are
all here to help you sell your listing fast and at top dollar. The
merger means we now have more talents, more experience and more
inventories! The match is really made in heaven, the two companies'
style and inventories complements each other so well, we are all very
excited to try on the new stuff while maintaining the superb service
and quality One Two Six Design has been known for! |

Numbers & Statistics It always helps to have numbers to tell the story basing on empirical data. You have probably heard the phrase:
"Your investment in home staging will always be less than your first price reduction" (Barb Schwarz, StagedHomes.com)
Here is the graphical comparison of the average days on market for staged vs. non-staged homes. ** ASP - Accredited Staging Professional |
Educate Your Sellers (part 1)
- Win-Win Situation:
A staged home typically sells faster and at higher price, which
translate into the seller getting more for their home, and you the
agent receives more commission and less work (open houses, marketing
cost, etc). Educate your seller from the beginning on the importance of
staging.
- Stay Competitive:
Staging has becoming an increasingly common practice throughout the
country, especially in the Bay Area, it is critical for the sellers to
stage their homes before listing on the market, presentation is
everything, especially when so much equity is at stack.
Interior Design vs. Stage to Sell:
These are two very different concepts; while interior design to live is
all about personalizing the home to express owners' personality, the
goal of stage to sell is to generalize the home to appeal the masses,
thus maximize the number of potential buyers. The way you live in a
home and the way that we market and sell a home are two different
things.
We will have more pointers in our next
issue to help you educate your sellers the importance of well presented
home, stay tune...

Testmonials
"One
Two Six Design never ceases to please both buyers and sellers alike!
After literally dozens of real estate staging projects, my clients have
never regretted having their home staged by One Two Six Design. In
fact, they have often said it was the best decisions they made in the
home-selling process. Not only do they do one of the best jobs of
staging in the industry, but the entire crew are genuinely nice people
who are a pleasure to work with."
Tori Atwell Alain Pinel, Los Altos
"I
know of no "Stager" who does a more cost effective job than One Two Six
Design does. The Transformation from "before" to "after" is truly
remarkable, especially for the modest fee that you charge.
"On
behalf of myself, my business partner Jeff, and all of our clients who
have hired you, please accept our sincere gratitude. You're the best!"
Steve TenBroeck Alain Pinel, Los Altos
"Thank
you for your service. You had made my design much better than my
vision. The house had been sold in two weeks in this difficult time.
Best of luck to you. Keep up the excellent work."
