We own our 17,500sqft warehouse that holds our furnishing. We do not rent furniture and accessories from others and we are constantly updating our inventory. The volume of homes we stage give us insights into the style and look that works well with the buyer, thus help you sell your home fast!
Aside from making the homes beautiful, we fully grasp the importance of timing in a real estate transaction. From remodeling to staging, photography, virtual tour, marketing brochures and open house, we understand staging is only part of the preparation work before the house hits the market. We are seeking motivated designer to join our team. The designer will be in charge of individual staging projects, from design, furnishing selection to installation. The actual install will be assisted by our
- Prior experience in staging or decorating is preferred but NOT required
- Must be able to work independently but also be a team player
- Must have a meticulous eye for detail and color schemes with the ability to choose furniture, art and accessories for the appropriate style of the home
Must have vehicle to travel
We need reliable mover/driver to add to our team of installers. If you have experience in home staging or a moving company it is a plus.
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean record and ability to drive a box truck (for driver position)
- Must be punctual. Able to show up on time reliably
- Able to lift and move home furniture
Prior experience in staging or moving preferred
Must be able to work independently but also be a team player
Must be able to understand direction and communicate with the rest of the team
MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE HOURS . Hours of business are 7:30am- 6:00pm (Mon-Fri), but will often have to work overtime during spring and summer which are the busiest times of the year, while winter is slower and the hours will be part time.
